The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between the customer and White Tex Limited. These GTC and the contractual documents represent the complete agreements. They replace all previous verbal or written agreements between the parties.
Execution and performance
We are committed to professional, careful, material-friendly and environmentally conscious textile care. By placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions. The General Terms and Conditions of the Swiss Textile Care Association also apply. If the order form is missing or incompletely or incorrectly completed, the number of items counted by Whiteclean GmbH shall be decisive for delivery, return and invoicing.
Responsibility
Despite prior professional simple inspection of the goods, we cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by an unrecognisable quality or by hidden defects, such as insufficient strength of the material or seams, authenticity of dyes and prints, influences on buttons etc. or by incorrect textile care labelling. Liability for dimensional or colour changes in the fabrics and knitted fabrics within the usual tolerance range is excluded. Whiteclean GmbH is authorised to accept an order with reservations. A guarantee of success is excluded.
Returns
We endeavour to meet the agreed delivery dates. Delays do not entitle the customer to claim compensation. The item will only be issued against payment and return of the collection receipt. The cleaning items must be collected within six months of the order being placed. If the item is not collected within this period, the dry cleaner may dispose of it without replacement. If an order cannot be carried out, the garment will be returned in the condition in which it was received.
Complaints
Complaints must be submitted immediately, at the latest within 7 working days, together with the receipt and the original order form. Complaints will be carefully examined and justified and the further procedure (subsequent treatment, handover for assessment and arbitration to the Joint Claims Settlement Centre) will be determined in agreement with the customer where possible. Any compensation in the event of damage to or loss of the item shall be calculated in accordance with the current value table for the acceptance of the value of textile care items. Real compensation is excluded.
